Judge Elizabeth White Story:Eric George, Georges Marciano, Denied Civil and Constitutional Rights by Judge White

Los Angeles, CA  May 4, 2009 – – Georges Marciano, candidate for Governor of California, was denied his civil and constitutional rights. Georges Marciano received another devastating roadblock in his quest for justice to bring back over a hundred million in taxes stolen from the state and federal government as Judge Elizabeth White dismissed his case. Judge White even refused to allow Mr. Marciano and his attorney Eric George son of the Chief Supreme Court Justice of California to speak.  How can a Judge have the power to deny the both of us, first amendment,  seventh, and fourteenth amendment which are some of our basic Constitutional rights. I have been fighting for two years for justice.

Georges Marciano’s next appearance before Judge White is to be in downtown Los Angeles Superior court room #48 8:30am on May 15th, 2009 Case #BC 375824

Nobody is a subject in America…we are all citizens defending our country as so many have. The citizens of this great state are welcome to come and observe the lack of respect for the Constitution and Civil Rights that are every citizen’s privilege.
