Perfecting this image, he perfected the GUESS? Boutiques as exclusive “stores within stores” representing collaborations between fashion and architecture in the most prestigious department stores in the world.
Marciano goes beyond Fashion
After giving his focus on creating the GUESS?, inventing its style, collection after collection, award after award, Marciano decided to venture in real estate.
In 1993, Marciano sold his 40% of GUESS? shares to his three brothers and received one check for Two Hundred Forty Millions Dollars ($240,000,000.00) to his three brothers and went on to build a real estate empire. Among other ventures, he developed a Beverly Hills office tower called the “Power Tower“- a post-Hollywood center for top agents, directors, producers and investment Bank of America in the California entertainment industry.
