  1. Georges, I am so sorry to hear of all this. You are one of the most generous, honest, and sincere men I have ever known. It hurts me to hear that this amount of corruption and deceit has happened to you! I think of you and your family often hope you know I’m here for all of you. Justice will be served. Good luck to you, Georges. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

    • Thank you for the comment and the warm thoughts. It is not only my fight but the fight for justice for all ….if it can happen to me it does and will happen to others.

There are so many on the internet who have expressed their own stories of identity theft it is very sad to hear each story.

  2. I completely agree. I appreciate all you are doing to bring this issue to the surface, and I know many others do as well. Keep up the good work, I’m advocating for you and everyone who has experienced such horrendous acts.

    • Thank you so much for your support this is not just for me but for the whole country. Be sure to tell everyone you know the more people know of these issues the better and more pressure we can put on agencies to enforce the laws that are in place.

      Thanks again,
      Georges Marciano

  3. Do you have any ideas of what I can do? Who I’d call and what I should say? I’d love to help in any way I can!

  4. I am trying to get records from B of A for my divorce and they are holding out anything with a credit card attached to the account. Is that legal?

    • Are you saying it is your Bank of America Visa that you are trying to get records for?
Are the records yours or ex-spouses?
