Above the Law? Is Bank of America secure as they say it is??

After reading this blog please tell me something about yourself, and thanks for reading my blogs

Why aren’t banks secure?
The whole idea behind keeping your money in a bank vs. in your mattress is that a bank is secure. The banks are FDIC insured for accounts up to $100,000.00 which is higher now due to the economy. The issue these days is that we are getting our identity stolen right at the bank. Here is an example below of one who had over 200 accounts opened up under his name and a huge amount of cash…yes I said cash taken out of his account without having to verify a valid ID.

What is the answer? Do we keep our money in the mattress? Do we make the courts do something? Tell me your thoughts…..

  1. Hi,
I think that a little of both is the way to go. Save you money in the bank and keep cash reserves hidden in your house

    • Just a quick update, I have released a youtube video that discusses the Bank of America identity theft and art theft. Here is a question that the majority of viewers at my site have asked…..

Other than complaining to Comptrollers office, consumer affairs….what can we do to alter or stop banks like Bank of America doing business as if the customer really doesn’t matter?
Please leave me a comment on this or other blogs on my site, and thank you in advance for your support in this fight….

  2. banks were always the worst crooks
that is why they passed a law separating banks from securities and insurance during the Great Depression

then citibank got the law ousted, the banks got back into securities and insurance, and here we are again, in another Great Depression

    I like your blog!

    • you would think so…however, as long as the bank “Bank of America” is not missing money they don’t care….the customer Georges Marciano doesn’t even care about getting the money back it is more about justice and bringing the criminals to justice…

Shouldn’t the bank care what the customers think of the bank?
